Apprenticeship standards are a list of duties, skills and behaviours expected of an apprentice depending on the apprenticeship they choose that demonstrate occupational competence. These new apprenticeship standards are employer led, and have been designed by employers to help skills shortages in their sectors. This means groups of employers can form what’s known as industry “Trailblazer” groups to collectively determine the exact skills and competencies required for certain apprentice jobs in their industry.
At Innovate Awarding we understand how important it is for employers to have quality apprentices that demonstrate the exact breadth of skills and competencies as stated in the standards. Our agile End-Point Assessment process is tailored towards assessing the exact requirements as set out in the standards down to the last detail. Our commitment towards rigorous testing in conjunction with the standards available has given us a reputation for excellence.
At Innovate Awarding we offer over 60 approved standards which can be viewed in the apprenticeship standards list below.
