What does being an Innovative End-Point Assessor look like?
As one of our End-Point Assessors you will have the benefit of working on a hybrid basis, visiting learners both remotely and face-to-face. This enables you to work collaboratively with our support teams, our learners and our employer partners to manage your own time, helping you to achieve a great work/life balance.
Alongside a competitive benefits package which includes 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and a salary of £25,235 (a London and SE Allowance is applicable on top of salary for qualifying areas), you will also have access to full training and support to enable you to deliver an exceptional experience within your role.
