Apprenticeship standards are a list of duties, skills and behaviours expected of an apprentice depending on the apprenticeship they choose that demonstrated occupational competence. These new apprenticeship standards are employer led. Designed by Employers for employment. This means groups of employers can form what’s known as industry “trailblazer” groups to collectively determine the exact skills and competencies required for certain apprentice jobs in their industry.
At Innovate Awarding we understand how important it is for employers to have quality apprentices that demonstrate the exact breadth of skills and competencies as stated in the standards. Our agile end point assessment process is tailored towards assessing the exact requirements as set out in the standards down to the last detail. Our commitment towards rigorously testing in conjunction with the standards has given us a reputation for excellence.
At Innovate Awarding we offer 51 approved standards which can be viewed in this apprenticeship standards list below.
