Social housing is evolving, and with the new Competence and Conduct Standard taking effect imminently, you have a limited window (24 months, or 48 months for organisations with fewer than 50 units) to ensure your senior staff meet the necessary qualification requirements in time.
Under the new policy statement on qualifications requirements for Social Housing, Senior Housing Managers must have a level 4 qualification, and Senior Housing Executives must have a foundation degree or level 5 qualification.
