The results are in!

The results are in, and we scored an amazing 85% satisfaction score from our 2024 client survey! We hear you loud and clear – and we’re making changes to push the score even higher in 2025.

 

We want to thank everyone for taking the time to participate in the survey, your feedback is essential to ensuring we can continue to improve the End-point Assessment experience for everyone involved.

The 2024 survey headlines

  • We were thrilled to receive an overall satisfaction score of 85% (rating Innovate 4* or above) - a testament to the success of our current initiatives which we’re eager to improve on even further as we implement your feedback in 2025.
  • By listening to you, we identified two key focus areas – our planning meetings and our invigilation services.

We recognised that making such a fundamental change to the way our planning meetings are conducted was a bold step. However, we were confident that these changes would better serve the needs of our clients and apprentices, while also improving the efficiency and timeliness of assessment planning and completion. At Innovate Awarding, we prioritise the impact of everything we do on our clients and apprentices’ needs. It’s therefore reassuring to see such positive outcomes so soon after implementing this change.

What happens next?

We’re already making changes. In November 2024, we made a change to our planning meeting process with planning meetings now being held directly with the apprentices End-point Assessor and initial feedback is very positive.

 

We’ve already had some wonderful feedback on this change, here are just a couple of the lovely things we’ve heard from you so far:

 

  • "The apprentices feel more at ease going into their EPA due to meeting their EPA assessor prior to the assessments."
  • "The actual planning meetings are taking place a lot quicker and are more effective now, with the assessments booked in directly with the assessor."

 

Likewise, we’ve been busy reviewing our invigilation services, with the primary goal to provide a solution that addresses the main issues flagged in the survey.

We heard loud and clear from clients that a reliable and consistent approach to invigilation is key to a great learner experience, and we are not meeting that level of expectation with our current offer. We are reviewing our overall approach to invigilation across all of our products and services and will continue to update our clients on that process in 2025 – with the outcome an offer that we will all have confidence in.
