Innovate's festive opening hours

We’ll be closed over the festive period Saturday 24th December until Monday 2nd January 2023 inclusive. If you have any questions about the client deadlines for EPA or Qualifications below, please ask us.

End-Point Assessments 

To allow time for results and administration, Thursday 22nd December will the final day for EPA assessments and midday Friday 23rd for planning meetings to take place prior to the festive closure. We’ll re-open on Tuesday 3rd January at which point assessments and planning meetings will resume.  

• All end-point assessment windows will be frozen for the 11-day period where no assessments will be taking place. We’ll endeavour to upload results and carry out certifications prior to the festive shutdown. 

Qualifications 
We’ll endeavour to upload results and carry out certifications prior to the festive shutdown. The last day we’ll post out certificates will be Monday 19th December: 

• If you have Direct Claim Status and require your certificates to be within this print run, please ensure results are submitted no later than 5pm on Wednesday 14th December (otherwise certificates won’t be posted out until January 2023).  
• Results submitted by 5pm on Thursday 22nd December will be processed by mid-day on Friday 23rd December.  We re-open on Tuesday 3rd January when our normal service will resume.
