When concerns relating to the provider were identified by our team, we took action to investigate the matter, report it to Ofqual and cooperate fully with the subsequent regulatory process. We stopped working with the training provider concerned in July 2024.
Over the past two years, we have implemented a comprehensive programme of improvements to strengthen our quality assurance, compliance, governance, and oversight, and we have commissioned an independent review of our quality and compliance arrangements. We remain focused on protecting the quality and integrity of our qualifications and supporting our learners, customers and partners.
