Apprenticeship Reform FAQs - Version 3
In August, we have updated the document 'Apprenticeship Reform FAQs' to Version 3. This document now contains even more helpful information about reform to help answer the most common questions we are hearing from you. Requirements for Centre Assessment
We have recently published a Position Statement to support understanding of the requirements for centres who plan to deliver assessments as part of the new Apprenticeship Assessment model themselves.

Updated Reasonable Adjustment Guidance and Video
We have updated our Reasonable Adjustment guidance to further support you with using this functionality. The document is named Reasonable Adjustment Process for Providers - Apprenticeship Assessment and can be found in the Guidance folder of Support Materials. The supporting video for this process has also been updated and can be found in the same folder, or viewed directly from this link
New and Updated Standards
Level 4 Associate Project Manager v2.0
New version of this standard has been approved and development work begun. Earliest date for starts 28/01/2027.
Level 5 Specialist Teaching Assistant v2.0
New version of this standard has been approved and development work begun. Earliest date for starts 14/12/2027.
New and Updated Support Materials
Level 2 Administration Assistant v2.0
All support materials now live and available on Proficient.
Level 3 Improvement Technician v1.2
Mock MCQ tests are now live and available on Proficient.
Level 4 Improvement Practitioner v1.3
Mock MCQ tests are now live and available on Proficient.
Level 3 Safeguarding Support Officer v1.0
All support materials now live and available on Proficient.
Level 2 Catering and Hospitality Foundation Apprenticeship v1.0
Support materials available in pre-publication version, including Assessment Criteria Content, Journey, Specification, Summary, Mock Record and Portfolio of Evidence Locator.

Updated Guidance
We have updated our guidance to support you to use Proficient in line with Innovate’s processes.
The document is called Proficient Guidance and can be found in the Guidance section of the Support Materials area.
Released
Apprentice files – Multi uploads – The Apprentice File Browser has been updated to make it easier for users to select and attach multiple files to the apprentice profile and gateway.

Accolade - New Qualifications System
For customers currently using Quartzweb, you should have seen an email from us last week about our New Qualifications System. We’re excited to announce Accolade, a new platform developed by Skilltech that will replace QuartzWeb and manage all aspects of qualifications delivery - from registrations and exam bookings to certifications. We are expecting to launch in Autumn following the current pilot. In preparation, please review your learner records and begin withdrawing any who are no longer on programme.
