Passenger Transport Service Managers oversee the daily operation of the station or depot, ensuring business objectives are met and customers are able to travel safely, on time and in comfort from the beginning to the end of their chosen journey. Assessment methods

Gateway Requirements

  • Readiness confirmed by employer

  • Level 2 maths and English

  • Completed journey log

Project based assignment

3000 words +/- 10%. Remote. Submitted 12 weeks after gateway. Independently assessed by the End-point Assessor.

Professional review

1 hour +/- 10 %. Scheduled within 3 weeks of project review. Face to face or Remote. Anywhere suitable for exam conditions. PC/laptop, wifi connectivity to support remote functionality. Apprentice, EPA, Employer / Manager (optional).
