About the apprenticeship

This apprenticeship is for people entering or working in hospitality management positions, with the responsibility for delivering a positive experience to customers that will encourage repeat custom and loyalty to the brand/business. It is suitable for people starting their careers in Hospitality Management, as well as those who have gained previous experience in other roles within the Hospitality sector.

Assessment methods

Gateway Requirements

Level 2 maths and English

On-demand test

90 minutes; 35 questions. Online.

Business project

9,000 words (+/- 10%). Remote.

Professional discussion

90 minutes; min. 30 questions. Face to face.

Grading

Fail/Pass/Distinction

Resit costs

Professional Discussion: £350. On-Demand Test: 1st re-sit free, £50 thereafter. Project: £300.
